   It does have plenty of space and keeps things organized, is sturdy and arrived in time. Just two cons: the “silver” base is just grey plastic, and the pencil cups are a little too deep, which makes it uncomfortable to reach for shorter items.

   If you are looking to organize your desk this is the product for you. I no longer waste time looking for my scissors or favorite pen. It also saves space with a built in tape dispenser.

   I decided I needed to protect my new desk’s veneer top from scratches and my laptop’s heat. Now that I’ve put it to use, I found some other reasons to really like this material: smudges don’t show up, I don’t need a coaster for my drink, works good as a mousepad, grips the desk surface well, and gives my office a professional look.

   I’d have to agree with the other reviewers. This is a great product, and definitely does the job well. Unfortunately, the shipping box they put it in subjects it to unnecessary bending and folding that can, if you’re unlucky, result in a less than desirable look in your brand new purchase. I think I speak for everyone when I say we’d rather have to pay up a few dollars for you to get the shipping situation under control than have to worry about getting a product delivered that is cracked or folded.

   Get it together.

   I’ll agree with the previous 5-star ratings: This is a high quality desk surface with just the right amount of ‘give’ for writing. It has a matte texture with no edge ornamentation and stays in place due to the foam backing. The surface seems very durable and would look good on a desk of any style.

   I have bought this pad before for a different desk. It holds up great and has a self-repairing finish in case it gets scratched or cut. Terrific service from vendor. Highly recommend this product.

    I needed something to put on my counter for receipt writing. No matter what pen we used, my customers could not get pens to work on our receipts – we try to use ballpoints only as ink pens smear. We kept sticking pieces of paper or brochures under ther receipts, whch got annoying.

    This completely solved my problem! It’s the perfect size and the foam underneath provides just enough give so that ballpoints work on our slick-surface receipts.

    I am amazed at how great this is. It just makes my desk look so much better, and I love to write on certain surfaces or my handwriting looks like crap. This is a great surface to write on if your like me in that regard. I think this is a great invention.

    These I highly recommend for people who need organization – and who doesn’t. You can keep track of your day-to-day papers and not lose them in a pile of stuff that would take forever to find.

    I ordered these book rings online because I needed a funky way to bind my portfolios. I had found before a set of 9 rings at Staples for the same price, then I found these online: a set of 50 for the same price!!
    A real bargain, and when they arrived they were in good quality. I am very satisfied with the product.

    This is a great idea in theory, but it just doesn’t work. It takes a lot of effort to make this spin, so you end up only using the stuff on one side. The pen holder is open at the bottom, so if something that it too short is put or dropped in there, it’s stuck in the base. You can take everything out of the pen holder and try to dig it out with pliers or something similar, or take everything out of the entire holder and try to shake it out. I’ve even had to take the thing apart to get something out.

    My main complaint with this should partially be directed at the Post-it company. The post-it section is used by sticking the backing of a pad into a slot which has teeth to hold on to it…. unfortunately the backing on post-its isn’t strong enough to hold the pad on, so you end up just ripping the entire pad off and using it just like you didn’t have a nifty holder. I’ve tried multiple types and brands of sticky pads with the same result. The flags tend to pull out of their slots as well after a few days. I’m really disappointed with this product.

    I run a mid-sized office with 12 to 15 employees. Needless to say, desks become cluttered with the amenities of the modern world: post-its of various sizes, flags and tags, markers and highlighters, colored clips and staples, and designer elastic bands and ties. Of course, this means that whenever you are looking for something handy, you can never find it!
    This desk organizer starts with two brilliant innovations: it is deep, so it holds serious quantities of your office knick-knacks, reducing trips to the supply closet; and it is expandable, which makes it infinitely portable and maximally useful.
    In the illustration, the section where the big pink Post-It pad is placed really covers a secret compartment, in which you put a roll of Scotch tape, meaning you can skip buying a tape dispenser. Also, you can tuck important items: your keys, small change, safety pins, your broken earring, a condom, whatever you want kind of out of sight, but still safe.
    And because all your important little items are so neatly tucked away, changing desks is easy and cleaning the drawer is a snap.
    And finicky sorts who want their organizers installed with an east-west orientation instead of north-south (as illustrated), can happily march to their own drummer.
    I cannot recommend this organizer highly enough, and I have seen – or tried – every organizer Amazon has to offer! And despite having bought 18 of them in the last two years (I bought one each for my husband and kids), not a single one has broken or aged badly.

    Our administrative assistant ordered this for me, when I moved into a desk that didn’t have a top drawer. I have moved desks a few times since then and I haven’t given it up yet – nor do I plan to. It is great! I slides over almost any drawer in your desk, organizes all of your office supplies, and puts it at your fingertips.

    There are slots for Post-it Flags with free Durable Tabs (680-RYBGVA), 3M Post-it Flags in Pop-up Dispenser, Five Bright Colors 375 Count (688-AST2), 3M Post-it 3 x 3 Inch Notes, Five Colors, 100 Sheets 14 Pack (654-14AU), MMM6555PK Post-it Notes, 3″x5″, 5/PK, 100 Sh/Pad, Neon Fusion (MMM6555PK) Qty-2, and tape. Along with many dividers – All of my office supplies fit and are organized.

    The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because during the first 2 weeks I had it – one of the tabs broke off the lid that covers the tape area.

    Recommended ~~ but be careful with the lid or you will break it.
